Dr Aung-Holebrook is an Emergency Medicine Specialist with over a decade of consultant-level experience in tertiary emergency medicine and acute care. Dr Aung-Holebrook has practised at Auckland City Hospital since 2014 and has experience across emergency medicine, aeromedical retrieval, telehealth and clinical advisory services. Clinical practice includes the assessment and management of acute medical, surgical and traumatic presentations, emergency imaging, point-of-care ultrasound and healthcare leadership.

Dr Aung-Holebrook has held leadership responsibilities in emergency department radiology and ultrasound programs and has contributed to emergency medicine training, resuscitation education and quality improvement initiatives. Dr Aung-Holebrook has particular interests in emergency medicine, clinical governance, point-of-care ultrasound and sports medicine.
