Dr Stephen Allison is an experienced colorectal and general surgeon dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. With extensive expertise across bowel cancer surgery, laparoscopic and robotic procedures, colonoscopy, gallbladder pathology, hernia repair and functional bowel disorders, he brings more than three decades of clinical practice to his patients.
Dr Allison is highly experienced in both minimally invasive and traditional surgical approaches and provides comprehensive care for the full spectrum of colorectal and general surgical conditions. His work spans advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures as well as the management of complex anorectal and functional bowel disorders.
Founder of the Anorectal Physiology Laboratory at Greenslopes Private Hospital, Dr Allison is committed to continuous improvement in surgical care, and actively participates in surgical education, clinical meetings and ongoing research.
