Dr Cracknell has been a medical practitioner for nineteen years including ten years in specialist practice. He completed his undergraduate science degree at the University of Melbourne before completing his medical training at the University of Queensland. Dr Cracknell is a Consultant Endocrinologist at the St Andrews War Memorial Hospital Brisbane and a Visiting Medical Officer at The Wesley Hospital Brisbane.
Dr Cracknell is a member of the Endocrine Society of Australia, The Australian Diabetes Association, The Endocrine Society, and the European Society of Endocrinology. Dr Cracknell covers general endocrinology with a special interest in Type 1 diabetes and insulin pumps.
